To the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate COVID Credits’ intellectual property rights, COVID Credits may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

No Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms of Service without our prior written consent, and any attempted assignment will be null and void.
